Oggi Skål Napoli vi presenta DMO Welcome Irpinia di Nelly Russo
Nelly Russo è Irpina, inizia il suo lavoro nel settore turistico come Direttore commerciale Hotel e da 6 anni si è specializzata come Destination Manager. Ha un’agenzia di Marketing turistico “Avellarte” e l’affidamento del Parco Archeologico di Avella.
Lavora anche per l’ente provincia di Avellino come operatore di Sistema Irpinia.
Il Suo progetto DMO Welcome Irpinia, è il primo modello di Destination Green in Campania per la
valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale, naturalistico ed enogastronomico del territorio irpino.
La sfida della DMO è territorializzare i 17 goals e i 169 traguardi dell’Agenda 2030 delle Nazioni Unite con indicatori e strumenti con cui le amministrazioni comunali della DMO agiscono.
Skål Club Napoli sostiene il progetto della Dott.ssa Nelly Russo e si impegnerà sin da ora a promuoverlo sui canali mediatici territoriali e con l’aiuto della rete globale di Skål anche all’estero

The topic of sustainability is strongly promoted by SKÅL International. SKÅL Italy has therefore renewed the Sustainable Tourism Quality Awards which, in line with those in Europe, will reward particularly deserving projects by members. The awards will identify the best practices and sustainable tourism projects that comply with the objectives of the United Nations’ Agenda 2030 in nine sectors related to tourism in Italy:

Today, Skål Napoli presents DMO Welcome Irpinia by Nelly Russo.
Nelly Russo is from Irpinia, she began her work in the tourism sector as a Commercial Director of a hotel and for the past 6 years she has specialized as a Destination Manager. She has a tourism marketing agency “Avellarte” and is responsible for the Avella Archaeological Park.
She also works for the Avellino province as an operator of the Irpinia System.
Her project DMO Welcome Irpinia, is the first model of Destination Green in Campania for the enhancement of the cultural, naturalistic, and enogastronomic heritage of the Irpinia territory.
The challenge of the DMO is to territorialize the 17 goals and 169 targets of the United Nations’ Agenda 2030 with indicators and tools with which the municipal administrations of the DMO act.
